1. In case of extraordinary events or circumstances beyond the Licensed Financial Institution’s control that prevent the timely submission of the required information, such as contingencies regarding the Licensed Financial Institutions information technology system/s or the Central Bank’s inability to receive the same, the Licensed Financial Institutions must immediately notify the Central Bank and seek the Central Bank’s approval for the delay.
