5.1.4 General Provisions for Structured Products

  1. 5.1.4.1Refer to Article 2: Disclosure and Transparency for applicable requirements.
  2. 5.1.4.2Licensed Financial Institutions are required to submit an application for approval with the relevant details and rationale of the proposed product to the Central Bank for consideration before selling and/or marketing structured products.
