Article (8) Notification of Approval or Refusal

  1. 8.1 The Central Bank may approve or refuse the License application after reviewing the application and obtaining all requested information.
     
  2. 8.2 The Central Bank shall notify the applicant of its decision in writing, with reasons provided in the event a License application is refused, within fifteen days after the date of the decision of the Central Bank’s board of directors.
