Article (9) Responsibility of the Takaful Insurance Company

9.1The Company must comply with the requirements stated in this Standard and the relevant Shari’ah governance standards. The Board has the ultimate responsibility in this regard and it may delegate some relevant tasks to the audit committee.
9.2The audit committee should follow up on the work of the External Shari’ah Audit in accordance with this Standard and the relevant Shari’ah governance standards.
