A Bank must make a written notification to the Central Bank, detailing any acquisition which meets the definition of a Notification Acquisition within thirty (30) days after the transaction has been made. At a minimum the notification should cover, a description of the transaction, the rationale, details of the approval authority within the bank and the calculation of the percentage of Total Regulatory Capital based on the most recent audited financial statements.
